Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Liberty-go mobile app (“Liberty-go”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use the app to prepare for your U.S. naturalization interview. By using Liberty-go, you agree to the practices described here.

Liberty-go is a study tool. It is not affiliated with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government agency, and it never submits anything to USCIS on your behalf.

1. Information we collect

Account information

Practice activity

Your N-400 form (optional)

If you choose to add your Form N-400 so the app can quiz you on it, Liberty-go reads the PDF or photo you provide on your device and saves the answers it extracts to your account, together with the file name. These answers can include personal details such as your address, employment, travel and immigration history. We use them only to generate your personal interview practice. The original file you pick is not uploaded. You can replace your saved form at any time, and it is deleted when you delete your account.

Camera, photos and microphone

These permissions are requested only when you use the related feature, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

Notifications and device information

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run Liberty-go, and only as needed for that purpose:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app’s settings. This permanently deletes your profile, practice history, saved N-400 answers and profile photo. Some information may remain in backups for a short period before it is erased. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing support@liberty-go.app.

5. Security

Your information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls so that your account data is available only to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

6. Your choices and rights

7. Children

Liberty-go is intended for adults preparing for naturalization and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will notify you in the app.
